Empress Inn and Suites by Elevate Rooms

From the moment I arrived, the Empress Inn Hotel exceeded all expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive—always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, well-furnished, and surprisingly spacious, with all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy, and I slept better than I have in weeks! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, but still peaceful and quiet at night. I especially appreciated the little touches: complimentary water bottles, fast Wi-Fi, and the spotless bathroom with high-quality toiletries. Overall, the Empress Inn Hotel offers amazing value for the price. Whether you're in town for business or a quick getaway, I highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely be coming back!

I was really stressed after reading the bad reviews because it was too late to change my reservation. In the end, I have nothing negative to say. The staff was very helpful, the entire room was VERY CLEAN, and there was no unpleasant smell like some mentioned about Indian restaurants. It was very quiet, and being able to walk to all the activities in Niagara Falls is a big plus to save on parking and transportation. THANK YOU!

It would be nice if they told people who checked in late, or came back late to shut up. All night long you hear people talking, screaming and even knocking on random room doors. The place also doesn’t have enough parking, on busier nights you may not get a parking spot even if you paid.

Most amazing service helped us out when they didn't have to.. even had some good laughs and jokes too. Room is absolutely cleaned and fresh quiet and beautiful view of the amenities in the area

I was concerned about reviews I can’t lie but I am not sure why all the bad reviews. 1 thing they need to update their pictures on the site to show renovations ect. This hotels pictures don’t do justice. Our room was newly renovated very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable pillows as well. Every one of the staff were simply amazing. Check in was easy finding hotel was easy ample parking at an affordable rate. 5-10 min walk to everything on Clifton hill and other areas. Would definitely stay there again on our next trip. I give it a 10/10

I stayed at Empress Inn and Suites for a short trip to Niagara Falls, and I was really tired after the long flight. The check-in was quick, which was nice. My room was simple but clean, and the bed was comfy enough to help me rest. I liked the little coffee station in the lobby; it was a nice touch. The place is not fancy, but for someone like me who is traveling on a budget, it was just right. Plus, being close to the falls was a big advantage; I enjoyed visiting them a lot.

As a solo traveler, I felt incredibly safe and welcomed here. The staff was quite friendly; they also shared amazing tips for exploring Niagara Falls, including a hidden café that became my favorite spot. My room was cozy and had everything I needed. The reasonable price allowed me to extend my stay and discover even more of the area. If you're an independent adventurer, this place is truly perfect for you!
